Saint-Louis Mississouri - This was the fourth game of these two team this season and we faced enemy the Chicago BlackHawks for the fourth time, we won the first game 3-2, so we were ready for the second game we won 4-2, the third game we blew Chicago away with a 4-1 win, Pekka Rinne was great in all the games but this tiem it was Marty Turco the starter and we still win 3-1. Blues are now in a difficult loosing wave and this challenge was a big test for the Blue machine and they won the game. The Blues played a good game but players are still looking for the chemistry but they shall compete for a playoff spot.

Blues took the lead 1-0 with a goal from Jozef Melichar his fifth of the season assist by Sergei Brylin and Radek Dvorak at 2:22

 

Hawks tied the Blues 1-1 with a goal from Ramzi Abid his eight of the season assist by Doug Zmolek at 3:15

 

Blues took the lead 2-1 with a goal from Pavel Bure his nineteen of the season assist by Toni Lydman and Kristian Huselius at 4:20

The Blackhawks Chicago had thirteen shots on Marty Turco and he stopped seventeen of them for a saving percentage of .944 he was ok and won the game for his team. Blues showed up and had thirty nine shots on Josee Theodore and he stopped thirty six of them for a saving percentage of .923

Note : This was a first win with the Saint-Louis Blues for Marty Turco, he was not impressive so far since he got here, maybe we do not have the right defensive squad in place and we may have to change this in the offseason
